She was born in Cuba. She graduated as a hair stylist at Salón Consuelo, 1999, Camagüey. She worked independently and also spent a good amount of time working with numbers, in a company. The beginning of 2015 brought a very dark and painful journey into her life, which she had to continue anyway. Perhaps out of pure intuition or survival, to remember who she was, she entered and graduated from the Imagen Fonte Beauty Institute. She then emigrated to the United States and entered the Hollywood Institute, acquiring her Cosmetology License, in Florida, in March 2021. In January 2024 she founded her company Maria & Your Hair LLC.
